I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Frankie as my real estate agent! From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping me sell my home. Their deep knowledge of the market, combined with a keen understanding of my needs, made the entire process seamless and stress-free. They were always quick to respond to my questions, provided valuable insights, and guided me through every step with patience and expertise. Frankie went above and beyond, negotiating on my behalf to secure a great deal and ensuring everything went smoothly at closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this journey and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dedicated, trustworthy, and exceptional real estate agent!

My experience at first was going well. I'm not naming any names but my agent contacted me October 1 2025, we sopke about the process and said I was pre-approved and sent me a link to fill out paperwork, I was hesitant about all of it and my agent assured me my approval odds looked very good. So I went ahead and filled the paperwork out and my agent told me to go ahead and start looking up houses that I would most likely get approved for 230,000. So that's what I did , I downloaded the Zillow app and sent the ones I liked. Me and my oldest son , with my son being the cosigner viewed five homes in the past few months. I paid the $100 fee for a credit check. The agent proceeds to tell me that my son has no credit which is fine and all. That he needs to open up a credit card and make a purchase under 10 bucks. And after doing that pay it off a week before it's due. We did that as well. He got approved for a Capital One and made the purchase that was under $10 but also got charged a $45 membership fee so I ended up paying a little over $50 for something that cost $5. Told me the credit score should show up on his credit check within the next few weeks. I now know that's a lie. It takes 6 months for him to obtain a credit score. My agent assured me I'll be in my new home by the end of December mid-January. My agent really hyped this up and made it look better than what it was when he knew the situation I'm in. When my credit first got checked it was at a 610 then within a few months he said it dropped down in the 500s due to my car being in repossession which is a lie. I was in shock when he told me that I called the bank and that's a lie. I've never missed a car payment. It might have been a few days late but I've never went without paying the car payment. I asked my agent how can that be? I asked him if they checked my credit again, Because I know that can take a hard hit on someone's credit. He never replied to me on that. It is cruel to hype someone up and make everything look wonderful as if they're actually going to get the house and take them to look at houses and tell them everything looks good that I'll be able to move in my house by the end of December January just to have this done. It's cruel. No agency should ever take anyone out to look at houses unless they're actually approved And stop taking advantage of people that don't really know much about buying houses just so you can make some kind of profit off them. (Edit)... The owner contacted me about my review And wanted to know how he can make I experience a little better. I told him about my experience. He wanted to know how he could fix it to name anything and he would make it happen. I told him there's nothing really he could do except help me get into an apartment. He said he could contribute toward the rent. I even asked him why would he do that? Why would he help a stranger get into an apartment which would have been very generous and blessing for me... He made a fue comments about my credit and my finances as if I wouldn't get approved for the apartment. Which I did and he was banking on that I wouldn't get approved. Then we had a phone conversation and he made a comment about my finances asking if I can actually afford it. I said my son makes $18 an hour and I make $19 an hour. Thats a lil over 5k per month. In the end what it came down to is he lied . There is a old saying A man is only as good as his word. He has no integrity. I'm happy for everyone else that had a good experience. But mine after this is horrible!!!! The owner is the one that contacted me. The owner is the one that offered to help me then went back on his word ...
