First of all! I am not exactly sure where to start- Solten Marketing is extremely professional. When I started providing content, the owner, Rachel, would provide direction and coaching to help ensure your website presents extremely well. Due to her expertise and customer service, I trusted her suggestions and made decisions based on her feedback and often times, I let her create magic for me! To my surprise, working with Solten Marketing, they developed an entire new logo for me that was designed better than my original design. Also the turn around time is magnificent. I am launching right before my birthday- 9/11! Awesome company!

I've worked on several projects with Rachel and John, and I always feel like I got more than my money's worth. Rachel has a great eye for design, and is very knowledgeable about internet marketing, and what will make a prospect respond to your website. Chosing Solten Marketing and Rachel was the best decision i made for my company. I have had other web designers before but what makes Rachel the best is 3 main things that she is simply better at. 1. Speed. For a small business, speed can be more important than time itself. Any concern i have gets an email response in minutes and sometimes seconds. Changes, request, and building the site all happen very quickly and i love that. 2. Quality. Before Solten i worked hours on my own website. But it just seemed to be missing something but i just didnt know what. Finally i did hire another company and although my site looked better, the service and personality of the person was so ugly that the whole experience was a nightmare. When i switched to Solten not only the quality of work was better, but do was the service. 3. Understanding. I have a new business that i feel is unique. The biggest frustration i had before was working with professionals that do not understand my business nor take the time to hear my visión and values. Rachel took the time to listen and whenever i need to change course, she is 100% understanding and on board. This makes all the difference in the World.

I would recommend her and her team for any type of business in the tech/webpage/marketing arena. I had reviewed several other companies but loved the “local” aspect.
