Ultimate Swag Screen Print & Embroidery

Normally I won't post a bad review of anything, but I feel it is necessary in this situation. I sent 1 jacket and 2 shirts to Ultimate Swag to have my school logo embroidered on them. The staff was great to work with and did an excellent job with the logo. However, due to a machine malfunction, one of my shirts was messed up beyond repair. The staff was quick to let me know what had happened and to let me know they were ordering another shirt to be embroidered at no charge to me. The shirts I submitted were quality shirts made by Propper (military uniform manufacturers) and were of a high quality. US ordered a replacement shirt for the one that was ruined. The supplier for the replacement shirt (Sport-Tek) was not an exact match in color or quality. The shirt was darker in color and the security logo was on the opposite side from the rest of my work uniforms. So now I have one shirt that doesn't match all my others. This lack of attention to detail is what has led me to this review. It was suggested to me that the next time, let them order the shirts and do all of the work...

Started my business this year, searched around the city and areas for embroidery for my logo. My wife already found this place and from the word go they have been nothing short of excellent. The quality, timeliness and attention to detail is second to none. They also added tumblers and other items that have helped my business grow. Highly recommended

The customer service provided here is impeccable!! I began texting with Kelly about what I was looking for and she was Quick to respond, fast to deliver and went above and beyond my expectations! My husband dropped off a hat for me to be embroidered and it was ready next day, less than 24 hours! I loved her work and will certainly be back for any an all my embroidery needs!

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Top quality work whether you want embroidery or screen printing! I was also impressed by the thought and care that she puts in her work…I had a lovie embroidered as a gift and Brandie used a smaller font as not to be a choking hazard in case the thread came loose! I will definitely use Ultimate Swag for all my future embroidery and screen printing needs! ❤️
